Roam Via – Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2/01/2023

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with Roam Via LLC (“Roam Via”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a U.S.-based relocation advisory company that connects remote professionals with affiliated service providers for visa-related support and international relocation planning.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Roam Via provides onboarding, coordination, and administrative support for clients pursuing remote work and relocation opportunities abroad. Our services include:

  • Intake and evaluation of client relocation goals;

  • Providing general information on regional visa requirements;

  • Facilitating access to third-party service providers who offer professional engagements or remote project opportunities;

  • Managing initial client onboarding payments and remitting funds to associated third-party providers under contract.

Roam Via does not employ clients, issue payroll, or directly offer professional projects, employment, or legal advice. Any subsequent engagements with third-party providers are governed by their own terms and contracts.

2. Client Payment Terms

Clients agree to remit a bundled onboarding payment to Roam Via. This amount includes:

  • A one-time onboarding service fee for administrative and coordination support;

  • Renewal document fees to cover ongoing contracts;

  • Renewable 6-12 month Media Engagement packages

Once the transfer is completed, Roam Via has no further role in the ongoing relationship between the client and the third-party provider, unless separately agreed in writing. Future renewals will require a document and contract fee, outlined within an engagement contract.

3. No Guarantee of Residency Outcomes

Roam Via does not offer immigration, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee visa approval, residency status, or successful relocation outcomes.
Each client is responsible for understanding the requirements of their chosen destination and ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and procedures.

4. Third-Party Providers

Roam Via may refer or connect clients with unaffiliated service providers, such as digital media companies or remote work platforms. These providers are solely responsible for any services, communications, or deliverables offered after onboarding.

Roam Via is not liable for the actions, omissions, or obligations of any third party, and clients are encouraged to review all contracts and terms offered by such entities before proceeding.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made to Roam Via are considered final once onboarding services have commenced. The total amount remitted is treated as a bundled service package, which includes both the Roam Via onboarding fee and coordination of additional services that begin immediately upon payment confirmation.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all materials and confirming their intent to proceed prior to submitting payment. Due to the nature of our services—which may involve time-sensitive coordination, document generation, and administrative resource allocation—no refunds will be issued once onboarding tasks have begun or access to client dashboards, portals, or communications has been granted.

If a client chooses to withdraw from the program prior to the start of onboarding, they may submit a written refund request for review. Approval is at Roam Via’s sole discretion and may be subject to a processing fee or partial retention of service costs incurred.

We do not offer prorated refunds, credit transfers, or payment deferrals under any circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roam Via’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the service fee retained by Roam Via.
In no event shall Roam Via be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to visa denial, relocation delays, deportation, visa cancellation or loss of future income.

7. Termination of Services

Roam Via reserves the right to terminate a client’s onboarding process at its sole discretion if false information is provided, if communication becomes unreasonably difficult, or if behavior is deemed unethical. In such cases, funds not yet transferred to third-party providers may be returned, less any service fees and administrative costs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Amendments

Roam Via reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients via the email address provided during onboarding.
